Unlike most animated shows, Hey Arnold! uses kids to voice the kid parts. Most shows use adults for the kids parts (and usually adult women, even for the boys' voices, as most men can't seem to be able to get their voices high enough); I can think of two reasons - one, you don't have to worry about anybody's voice changing, and two, you don't have to worry about child labor laws if you need to keep the actors in the studio a few extra hours. As much of a person's name that has been mentioned is listed; that is why, for example, Gerald's middle and last names are listed, but Chocolate Boy is listed only as "Chocolate Boy".
