Arnold's Hat
Helga steals Arnold's hat to complete her secret shrine - a statue in the shape of Arnold's head made from
Arnold-chewed bubble gum - but Arnold feels he's lost a part of himself...but in order for Helga to fix the
problem, first she has to get the hat, which her mother tossed into the trash that is now on its way to the dump

- Don't even THINK about trying this at home:
Arnold and Gerald were putting metal kitchen utensils on their kite - if the metal hits a power line, anything
from shorting the power line (and cutting off somebody's power) to giving the string-holder an electric shock to
knocking the line down (not good for anyone underneath it at the time) could happen
- There's a sign on the door of Helga's room that says "HELGA'S ROOM",
but it's on the inside; call me crazy, but I would think that she would want to put the sign on the outside part of the door
- Arnold wears his hat in the shower, which at first makes it seem hard for him
to wash his hair, but a closer look at his head exposes a bald spot where he usually wears his hat
- When Helga is climbing up the stairs in her house, it sounds like there's a cat
there
- Miriam Should Cut Down On The Starch: When Helga crashes through the wooden shack,
the hole made includes a hole made by her hair ribbon
- There's a possible explanation for why Arnold "needs" his hat: it's
probably the one thing that still links him to his parents (in the flashback, his parents give him his first hat)
- Hatless Alert: (I believe the word is "Doy!")

- When Sid is first shown, you can't see any hair in the gap in his hat just above
where it snaps together, but later in the episode, you can
- Not only is it a slow news day if the newspaper headline says "STOOP KID
AFRAID TO LEAVE HIS STOOP", it only took a few seconds after the kids started the chant for the paper to be
printed and delivered
- Stoop Kid has to leave his stoop eventually - for example, how else can
he go to the bathroom? (DON'T answer that...)
